Bench type lapping machines
These machines are ideal for lapping the seats of pressure relief valves and for lapping mechanical seals. They can be set up in different configurations according to the parts and materials to be lapped.
The bench type lapping machines offered by COBEPEX are equipped with an automatic diamond liquid dispenser.
Multiple accessories are available for checking the flatness of plates, finish quality, etc.
Portable lapping machines
These machines are suitable for gate valves (up to DN 2000), globe valves (up to DN 600) and control valves with different cone angles (up to DN 300).
The portable lapping machines supplied by COBEPEX use self-adhesive abrasives, and can be employed either on site or in the workshop.
Workshop lapping machines
These machines are designed for grinding the seats of gate valves, globe valves and safety valves. They use eccentric lapping for rapid and high quality results.
The workshop lapping machines selected by COBEPEX use self-adhesive abrasives and can be fitted with various accessories (tilting table, revolving plate, etc.).
